General Objectives
Deliver optimum level of care to the patients that will be seeking medical attention in the emergency room with the assistance of our clinical instructor and guide the staff nurses in performing the tasks that will be assigned to them.
Specific Objectives
1. Maintain equality in the delegation of tasks to the staff nurses.1. Attend to any needs of the patients and the problems that the staff nurses may have.1. Maintain a smooth flowing shift.
