Box Builds

EDL offers dock-to-stock, total turnkey build and test solutions for box builds and final product assembly/packaging needs. We have the mechanical assembly skill sets and proven supply chain partnerships necessary to meet your most challenging requirements. We will source the metal work, build all PCB assemblies and cable harnesses using automated wire prep equipment, wire/integrate the box, perform functional testing, custom pack, and ship to you or your end customer.

PCB Design/Layout Services

Provide EDL your circuit information and, using Altium Designer, our engineers will capture the schematic and design/layout the bare board per your specifications. We will deliver turnkey prototype PCB assemblies with manufacturing files, all to meet your critical time schedule. Design capabilities include:
