Transcript of Engagement and Involvement
Building this together
We want a good plan based on the priorities that matter to our patients, clinicians and our partners
We want to create solutions to long standing problems
However we cannot do it all – we need to focus on the areas that are likely to bring the greatest results and maintain quality at the same time
Listening to your views will help us to make our plans
We also listen and work through the challenges in other ways:
-Working with other CCGs and City Partners particularly the Council to identify the areas of greatest need through our JSNA (Joint Strategic Needs Assessment)
-Through our board – including lay advisers, GPs, practice manager, nurse
-Through feedback from hospitals and other care providers
Building this together
