Hi folks, Welcome to Hutt City this Easter. As a Christian who has now seen many Easters, I find it increasingly difficult to get too morbid over Good Friday, seeing as I know how Easter Sunday turned out. I think I understand a little of the drama of the crucifixion and the implications of God appearing to turn His back on Jesus and how that made my Salvation possible, but I know that it all worked out for good in the end. I knew that the lottery ticket I had just pur-chased was a winning one. I had read the last chapter and knew that we could all live happily ever after. Easter is a celebration of the highest order. There has been a theme running through the meetings these last few weeks - 'His Story, Our Hope'. With the Easter story, comes the 'hope' that surpasses all other - The free gift of a relationship with God that sees far beyond our current circumstances and indeed, far beyond our life here on this earth. May Christ the Saviour reveal Himself afresh to you this Easter. Blessings Stephen Crump Major
