Kisha Ojeda – Spirit Practitioner Intern

P A G E 3

Kisha had multiple nominations in this Quarter 2 STAR

awards process. She was a dedicated part of the Employee

Engagement Committee Staff Appreciation Day in 2016. She is

very available for the clients, their families, the clinical team

and core clinic. Kisha always has a positive and "I can do it"

attitude. She goes above her responsibilities as SPIRIT facilita-

tor and has been involved in the Change Agent, Children's

System of Care, and the Employee Engagement and Apprecia-

tion Committee. Kisha is always volunteering to help around

the clinic. She goes above and beyond to organize activities

and events for clients and families, provide inspiring individual

care and case support, and works as a great team player. She

has assisted employees at the clinic with the ever evolving

changes such as the TBS referrals and accepts referrals to the

SPIRIT program even when they are over capacity. She always

has a smile and a good attitude. Kisha is always helping out

team members in taking on cases and never complains about

her caseload. In addition, she gets along with everybody. Kisha

is always looking for a challenge in her role as a clinician and is

a self-motivator. She is a great team leader and a great em-

ployee to be around.
