(GHA) has been engaged to prepare a thorough Traffic Impact and Parking Study for the proposed re-use of the building located at 1085 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield, Illinois. This study will include updated traffic data collection and observations as well as specific analyses of the proposed use and its anticipated interaction with the existing surrounding uses. Additionally, we are very familiar with the unique operations of the Lake Cook Road / Pine Street / Frontage Road intersection as well as the balance between alternating peak hours associated with the variety of uses in close proximity to the subject site. As noted, we are in the process of collecting updated traffic data and observations and look forward to working with you on the Traffic Impact and Parking Study for the proposed Montessori School.
