DATE February 20, 2019 RELEASE NUMBER 02/19 Embassy Suites by Hilton™ Waikiki Beach Walk® Appoints New Sales Director HONOLULU, HAWAII – Top 10 TripAdvisor property for Excellence in Service Year over Year, Embassy Suites by Hilton™ Waikiki Beach Walk®, managed by Outrigger Hospitality Group, gains a new, experienced sales director with the appointment of Natalie Caceres. Caceres is tasked with generating top-line revenue for the resort by securing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts and executing sales strategies to maximize the profitability of the hotel while elevating guest satisfaction. “Natalie is an achiever and a strong addition to our management team,” said Simeon Miranda, general manager of the Embassy Suites by Hilton™ Waikiki Beach Walk®. “Her indepth knowledge of the market, hands-on approach and polished managerial skills are an ideal fit for the brand.” Caceres has a dynamic industry background in both operations and sales. She joined Outrigger in 2006 as guest- services representative and was steadily rewarded with promotions to guest services manager, sales manager and finally director of sales at the Holiday Inn Resort Waikiki Beachcomber, which recently underwent a $35 million modernization and rebrand as Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger. While there, she was recognized as the 2015 Holiday Inn Director of Sales of the Year and played an instrumental role in the property’s transition to Outrigger’s first upscale lifestyle hotel in Waikiki. Caceres holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in sociology from the University of Hawaii, Manoa.
