The ELT/555 amily o jamming pods is designed to provide sel-protection or fghter aircrat rom ground-based and airborne

missile systems.

The threat likely to be encountered by tactical combat aircrat over the target area also comprises radar-controlled Anti-Aircrat

Artillery (AAA), Surace-to-Air-Missiles (SAM), Air-to-Air-Missiles (AAM), besides Early Warning and Search radars.

The systems can operate in a Stand-Alone Mode or in Threat Designated Mode

Stand-alone mode capability:

Emitter search and acquisition using a Wide-Open Receiver

Emitter identifcation on the basis o library programmed modes

Emitter jamming on the basis o library programmed data.

Threat designated mode capability:

Emitter designation by RWR/ESM

Emitter acquisition on the basis o RWR/ESM designated parameters

Emitter jamming on the basis o library programmed data.

The ELT/555 familyeatures:

Automatic deception o pulse and CW coherent and non coherent radars (lock-on, TWS, Search); eectiveness even in the

presence o advanced ECCM techniques

Completely sel-sufcient as regards cooling and primary power and will thereore make no demands whatsoever on the parent

aircrats power supply

Multi-threat effectiveness against staggered and jittered PRI emitters, as well as against frequency diversity / frequency agility
