Toy Drive, THPRD will collect specific dona2ons for the St Mary's Home for Boys and
local families through the Christmas Family Adop2on Founda2on.
Wish lists and dona2on tags will be available beginning the week of December 2nd.
Simply select the dona2on tag of your choosing from the Giving Tree and then bring
back the unwrapped item no later than Friday, December 20th.
We are also serving as a collec2on site for the Oregon Food Bank so please feel free to
bring non-perishable items for dona2on, also through December 20th. A few suggested

Volunteers will take your blood pressure. Please call the Elsie

Nurses from Foot Care Nurses, LLC will trim toenails and
evaluate foot health. This has been a long las2ng partnership
with the City of Beaverton & the Elsie Stuhr Center. The clinic is
held at the Beaverton Community Center, but the Stuhr Center
schedules all appointments, makes reminder calls & staffs the
registra2on table at the Foot Care Clinic. A fee of $30 is payable
by cash or check and we ask that you please bring a foot basin
and two towels. Call the Stuhr Center at 503-629-6342 for an
appointment.

League (PAL) for our annual "Stuff the Stocking" Event.
Star2ng Nov 27th, there will be Holiday stockings available
for you to take and stuff full of goodies for youth ages 8 to
18. The stockings will be handed out to all the PAL
members at their holiday party. The stocking are needed
by Dec 18th. Thank you for helping to make this holiday
brighter for kids living in the Beaverton community.
PAL brings kids, cops and the community together by
offering educa2onal and recrea2onal programs and
athle2cs to youth ages 8 to 18. For more informa2on visit

We choose our books for the next six months based on member's

Our book for December is "Mink River" by Brian Doyle.

Desk.
