The Elevate Mission

The aim of Elevate is to empower women and to support them in their quest for professional equality and drive for more inclusion and diversity in the HPE business. Our mission is for women to have more options and opportunities to grow across the business and feel supported by not only the Elevate Group but also the wider business.

As a group, we encourage driving more male advocacy and creating awareness around the topics of gender balance, diversity and inclusion. Throughout the year, we host internal and external networking events, lunches and guest speakers which support career and personal development.

We also support our Members to impact on their local communities through connecting with local charities, by volunteering their time and skills and also engaging by partnering with external D&I Groups.

SeminarsThe flagship event for Elevate. We engage a keynote speaker to talk to our members over a breakfast, morning tea, afternoon tea etc. We encourage pro-bono speakers and partner with external women's groups.

NetworkingWe offer networking opportunities as a way to meet people from other HPE business units and develop skills to enhance your working relationships.These sessions are normally after working hours and include a facilitator.

Virtual EventsHPE have a large remote community of employees. Virtual events are a great way of creating a virtual community and can benefit our members by enabling that community. These events consist of a live webcast with a guest speaker this is recorded and are interactive.

Lunch & LearnsMembers have the opportunity to attend regular Lunch & Learns in their office. We engage internal or external speakers to speak on topics such as, Managing Change, Financial Health, how to find a mentor etc. These sessions are generally interactive.
