• Attributable– All computer access/issues using personal log-ins– All transactions are attributable to who is logged

• Readable• Space saver• Time saver

– Takes 52 second on average per item issued– 808 issue in Aug11 = 11.7hrs for issues– Receipting drug, 79 items @ 90 secs = 2hrs

• 13.7hrs a month

• Using Robot to store CD’s??

Disadvantages

• To easy to ctrl K to mark that you have checked stock balance when you haven’t!!

• Feeling of loss of control when you didn’t have a big record book.

• Conclusion–Well worth it.
