Employer Survey Results 2018
For Electrical Engineering Program
Introduction
The Quality and Accreditation Unit (ABET center) has recently launched the
Employer Survey for 2018 cycle online. The survey has targeted the employers of the
Electrical Engineering Program locally and abroad to assess and improve the quality
and the intended outcomes of the educational programs, and to involve them with the
reviewing process of the Program Educational Objectives, and taking feedback from
them about our alumni.
Executive Summary
A total number of 122 employers responded to the survey, 11 of whom were from the
Electrical Engineering Program.
Most of the respondents are employers in non-governmental organizations; also more
than half of the organizations have less than 100 employees.
The employers indicated that they are fairly satisfied with Electrical Engineering
Program Educational Objectives (PEOs).

INFORMATION ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
PEOs of Electrical Engineering Program:
PEO1: Demonstrate competency in the design, analysis, optimization, and implementation of
modern Electrical systems.
PEO2: Compete effectively in a world of rapid technological changes, and become leaders,
entrepreneurs, and innovative managers or educators in the broad context of Electrical
engineering.
PEO3: Adapt to different roles and responsibilities in multicultural working environment by
respecting diversity, professionalism within the organization and society at national and
international levels.
PEO4: Successfully pursue graduate degrees and become consultants in their respective fields.
