7 Process Flow or Food Flow Lay-out (From Receiving to Serving or Dispatch)-

depending on Activity Type (color-coded flow diagram)

8 Furniture layout with Full Equipment Lay-out & Technical Data Sheet of All the

equipments

9 Lighting layout also showing the position of the insect killers
