6. All Taxes, Rates, Charges and Penalties payable or Recovery ofpenalties, &c.recoverable under this Ordinance may be sued for,

prosecuted, determined and recovered on information in thename of some Officer of Customs before any Magistratein manner provided by the Summary Conviction Offences(Procedure) Ordinance, No. 1.

7. All Taxes, Rates and Charges, to be paid orbefore a Magistrate under this Ordinance, shall
