eBiz Enhancement User Guide

Welcome to Stockman Bank’s Enhanced eBiz, Business Online Banking

A new, modern look and feel is coming to eBiz! We are happy to announce an exciting upgrade to our business online banking program, effective July, 8, 2019 (date subject to change). This upgrade advances our business online services to the next level with innovative, multi-functional features, designed for seamless online banking. You will enjoy these enhancements immediately upon sign in, with redesigned pages for faster account management, giving you the continued convenience of easily managing your business financial activity anytime, anywhere.

To introduce you to the newest enhancements, we’ve created this user guide to help you navigate the new updates.

If you have questions about the new eBiz enhancements after July 8, 2019, please contact your local Cash Management Specialist or call us at Cash Management Support at (855) 818-4517, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM - 5:30PM (excluding bank holidays) or by email at ebiz@stockmanbank.com.

Beginning July 8, 2019, to access your eBiz account, you will now be able to enter your username/access ID and password all in one place. There are no changes to your username/access ID or password.

Logging Into eBiz, Business Online Banking

Once you are logged into eBiz, you will be automatically directed to the newly updated home page. This page serves as your main portal, providing snapshots of your account balances, and quick links to initiate and approve payments and transfers. The tabs located at the top of the page will serve as your main navigation throughout eBiz. For your convenience, we will highlight some of the new features and enhancements on the following pages.

Navigating eBiz, Business Online Banking

At the top of the Home Page, you will notice changes to the buttons on the main navigation bar.

Management Tools is now Payment and TransfersThe Management Tools button has been replaced with the Payments and Transfers tab. When you click on Payments and Transfers, you can access all of the services you used to access through the Management Tools button: Internal transfers, ACH, Wire and Bill Pay. Don’t forget you still have quick links to these services on the right-hand side of your screen.

Options within the Administration tab have changed. You can still find Employee Profile & Permissions and Employee accounts here. Fund Transfer Access features and templates are now included with Payments and Transfers. To set up Group features, please contact Cash Management Support at (855) 818-4517, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM - 5:30PM (excluding bank holidays) or by email at ebiz@stockmanbank.com.

The Account Services button has been removed. You can now access these tools through your profile, by clicking on the Profile tab at the top right hand corner of your screen. eDirect Remote Deposit can now be accessed through the Checks & Deposits tab.

Checks & Deposits is a new addition to the navigation bar. Currently, to initiate a Stop Payment, you had to click directly into an account. Now you can easily and quickly set up Stop Payments in this tab. You can also access eDirect Remote Deposit in this tab.
