About the EBH bushing tool kit

Removal of bushing by using an 18 tonnes Universal hydraulic tool kit.

The EBH Universal hydraulic tool kit is used for a widevariety of applications in car and truck workshopsworldwide. Working with EBH to replace bushings, axlesand bearings is easy and saves time. Once you havebecome familiar with the system and how to use it, you willfind it very easy to adapt it to many other applications whereperforming difficult operations in less time is important.

EBH does the job on the spotIn many cases the amount of strip-down preparation isreduced and the need to take the part to a workshop presseliminated. Instead you can work with the Universalhydraulic tool kit directly on the vehicle.

Free hands for higher precisionWhen the kit is assembled for a particular task it can be setin position with high precision by means of the air/hydraulicfoot pump, which leaves you with two hands free at alltimes.

Changing a leaf spring bushing in any kind of vehicle by using NIKE’s18 tonnes Universal hydraulic tool kit is a money saving, fast and safeway to do it! A major advantage is that you quickly and easily canchange the bushing directly on the vehicle and thus not being forcedto remove the entire leaf spring. Working directly on the vehiclemeans that the job can be carried out twice as fast as normal.

Step 1

Assemble the Universal hydraulic tool kit with the patented AD6-18 adapter, hollow cylinder, tube adapter, threaded rod, bush remover, washers and the nuts onto the bushing.

Step 2

Step 3

Assembling the new bushing is just as easy as disassembling the old one. First, the Universal hydraulic tool kit has to be assembled - as you can see in the picture to the left. This time, the Universal hydraulic

tool kit has to be assembled together with the new bushing.Pull in the bushing by pressing the air/hydraulic pump - done!
