As you have seen we offer a comprehensive range of contemporary brassware in a choice of finishes and model options to transform any bathroom into a place of true beauty. Our complementary showering range can also be viewed on line, as can the dimensions of all our products.

Water Pressure:Pressure can get complicated but problems usually arise when products that require high pressure are installed on a low pressure system. Each product in this brochure carries a symbol denoting its pressure suitability and note that, low pressure rated products can be used on high pressure systems, just not the other way round. So, if you’re unsure take a minute to visit our website here www.eau-couture.co.uk/water-pressure-guide where we have posted a short guide and then you’ll be informed enough to know which of our products are suitable for your home’s plumbing system.

To Order:Orders must be made via our website www.eau-couture.co.uk. We operate a swift, tracked, next working day delivery service on all our stocked items for only £7.49 per complete order. And if you leave your mobile number you’ll receive a text allowing you to amend your delivery if required.

Returns:Our returns policy is straight forward. If you’ve changed your mind after purchase, you’ve got 14 days to get the products back to us for a full refund. If you’ve received damaged goods, we’d be surprised, but just get in touch with us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.

* Pricing PolicyThe prices shown both here and online are the same and reflect great value for our exclusive designs manufactured in the best Italian factories. At Eau Couture ‘exclusive’ means that they are ONLY available from us as they are our design. Our taps are made from only the finest raw materials, coated in the most luxurious plating and hand polished to a mirror like perfection. So we thought it only fair to show you the “Typical high street prices” that these products would normally sell for against each of our models.

“So how do we deliver such stunning designs and quality at these affordable prices?” we hear you ask. Well, it’s really simple, we supply the products to you direct from our partner factories, eliminating wasteful margins. The only thing we add is the design. All our prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are correct at the time of print.
