Easterseals New Jersey 2019 Employee Engagement Survey Report Leadership Staff Employee engagement is defined as the level of discretionary effort our employees apply to their work and the mental and emotional connection they feel towards our organization. The 2019 Engagement Survey was launched on June 26th and closed July 17th. The Survey consisted of 25 Likert scaled questions grouped around the (6) Major indicators of employee engagement: Employee Satisfaction, Identification, Commitment, Loyalty, Performance and Health and Wellbeing. The survey was distributed to 99 Leadership staff via emailed invitations with a direct link to the web survey; 95 staff completed the survey for a response rate of 96%. The 2019 Engagement Survey was launched on June 26th and closed July 17th. TheSurvey consisted of 25 Likert scaled questions grouped around the (6) Major indicatorsof employee engagement: Employee Satisfaction, Identification, Commitment, Loyalty,Performance and Health and Wellbeing.

Employee Satisfaction

Questions 1 through 7 address the extent to which our employees are satisfied withtheir job. Based on responses to the seven questions, employees have respondedpositively (Strongly Agree or Somewhat Agree) to the seven satisfaction statementswith a score of 77%.
