Employee engagement is defined as the level of discretionary effort our employeesapply to their work and the mental and emotional connection they feel towards ourorganization.
The 2019 Engagement Survey was launched on June 26th and closed July 17th. TheSurvey consisted of 25 Likert scaled questions grouped around the (6) Major indicatorsof employee engagement: Employee Satisfaction, Identification, Commitment, Loyalty,Performance and Health and Wellbeing.
The survey was distributed to 99 Leadership staff via emailed invitations with a directlink to the web survey; 95 staff completed the survey for a response rate of 96%.

Employee Satisfaction
Questions 1 through 7 address the extent to which our employees are satisfied withtheir job. Based on responses to the seven questions, employees have respondedpositively (Strongly Agree or Somewhat Agree) to the seven satisfaction statementswith a score of 77%.
