Heights of Hope staff change: After many years of faithful service, Tracey & Karl Hoesch have followed God’s call in moving their family to Ann Arbor where Karl has accepted a fellowship to pursue his Master’s in Public Policy at the University of Michigan. We are pleased to announce that Kristin Siebers is stepping in as executive director. She has worked in a variety of ministry and non-profit positions. She and her husband have been married for 20 years and have 3 tween/teen-agers. Heights of Hope has a group of 10 people going to the Christian Community Development Conference November 1-3 in Chicago! We are planning our famous ¡Egg Roll Rapido! fundraiser again! Our goal is to raise $800 to cover some expenses. Monies raised above our need will be dedicated to one of our neighborhood families with a father/husband currently battling brain cancer. Purchase freshly made egg rolls! Pre-order your egg rolls this Sunday or next Sunday, October 14. The cost is $6.00/half dozen or $10.00/dozen. Pick up will be on Thursday, October 18th at Calvary on 8th! Contact Wasana Davis, [email protected] for more information. Seniors on the Go! Our Thursday, October 18 event will be a Senior Fall Dinner at Cran-Hill Ranch (their 50th anniversary). Nursery (infant through age 2) is located across from the office. There is a room for nursing mothers in the nursery.

Kingdom Kids (3 - kindergarten) meet in the CAMP room next to the lounge. Children begin worship with their family in the sanctuary, then are invited to go with our adult leaders to Kingdom Kids, usually during the offering.

recovery at home. Aroloa fell last Saturday and

broke her ankle. She had surgery and is

having rehab at Freedom Inn.

Jerrie Bosch (411 Ida Red Parkway,

Room E3, Holland 49423) fell Tuesday and

had surgery Thursday to replace a hip.
