e-ST Outline… e-ST is a web-based electronic portal that works with existing MIS systems to
present managers, staff, learners and parents with a personalised user-friendly single point of access to:
Learners personal and academic data – personalised dashboard
Learners pastoral information with full messaging and tracking
Class and homework assessment marks for both academic and vocational courses
Fully integrated electronic Individual Learning Plan (ILP) system with parental reports
Integrated learner reference system
Fully configurable learner/staff survey system
Internal college calendar and fixed and rolling news bulletin
Integrated access to College VLE with customised course options

e-ST Integration…
e-ST Partnership… SFX Corporate and Empresa Limited jointly started to develop the e-ST
(electronic student tracker) product in 2010.
SFX Corporate provide:Key education strategic and academic guidance and aid the development, support, training and implementation of the e-ST system into colleges.
Empresa Limited provide:Code based development, technical implementation and solutions, experienced in providing I.T. consultancy services, technical helpdesk and maintenance support and Service Level Agreements with colleges.
e-ST has already established itself over the previous 2 academic years as the centralised intranet/dashboard and tracking system across 3 colleges and we feel it is now ready to make a positive impact for more colleges.
The e-ST platform is now available to colleges and academic institutions.
