P1 -Planning &

Organising

AD- You are perceived to generally plan and organize your work well. You also seem to adequately plan and

organize projects well by establishing course of action, plan for resources required, use them optimally and

build efficiency in the team. You prioritize activities reasonably well in order to achieve the goals set. You

seem to achieve moderate success in understanding the big picture and details of an assignment. You

adequately maintain focus, track progress, adhere to agreed milestones and manage time and material

well within the approved budgets.

P2 -Result orientation AD- You seem to take ownership of the task assigned to you and don’t give up till its completed most of the

time. You are a self-starter and actively achieve goals and objectives in line with the expectations set. You

assess situation in depth and generally take decisions if required. You usually persevere even when faced

with challenging tasks or setbacks. You seem to make efforts to originate action and strive for achieving the

target set for yourself and your team. You are focused on the bottom line results and are able to get the
