BE IT ORDAINED BY TEIE CITY COUNCXL OF TEE CITY OP CHARLOTTE:

Section 1. That the Official Zoning Maps, referetwied in Secrian 1.104 of the City of Chatlotte Zoning Ordinance are hereby amended by changing the zoning afthe propetty described on the attached map from R-3 to MX-I.

Section 2. The development and use of the pmpty hereby mraorred shaIl be governed by the predetermined ordinance requirements applicable to such eate@ry, the @proved sits plw for the district, and any addi.tid approved rules, ngpllaticm, and eonditiw, all of which shad1 constitute the zoning regulatims for the approved disbin'ct and are bhding on the property as an amendment to the mgulatiaa~ and to the Zonisg Mps.
