Transcript of Dynasties By: Sasha Baysara & Michael Banastey.
The Xia dynasty is described as the
first dynast. This dynasty was
established by Yu The Great. It
belonged to the feudal age about four
thousand years ago. This dynasty ruled
from 2205 and 1767 B.C. Xia’s capital
was Yangchuan. Yangchuan had a
fresh water lake nearby. This helped
poor people living there.
Ming dynasty ruled China from A.D. 1368 to 1644.
This dynasty belonged to the Modern Age. The word
Ming means brilliant in Chinese, and this Dynasty
really was brilliant. It made many great restorations of
old structures including The Great Wall of China, and
The Grand Canal. This dynasty also established The
Forbidden City in Beijing, which is the capital of
Modern China.
Zhu Yuan Zhang founded the Ming.
The Ming dynasty was really progressive in trading
goods with different countries: it was already trading
with the Portuguese by the sixteenth century.
