Use journal batch ticked to copy GST setup

GST fields default from account. Enter amount as GST inclusive figure

Posting will create both GST ledger and General ledger entries


General Posting Type Error on General Journal

These GST fields all work together. If you have one of them, you must also have the others.


Account Schedule Row Naming

Row numbers don’t have to be unique


Column Layout for all months in current fiscal year

Comparison Period Formula = FY[n]


Put vendor entry on payment hold

Type anything into ‘Hold’ field.

Will not be selected for payment until cleared.

Remember can also edit the due date here.

Skype IntegrationSkype username can be entered into the Phone No. field In NAV. Click the icon to initiate call

Online maps can be accessed from Masterfiles, based on the address listed in the card.
