All practical assessment evidences will improve my teaching and class management skills. Designing of SOW will help to meet the awarding body standards and complete the module on time. Individual learning Plans are the route map for learners to achieve their targets. I will carry out the ILPs every month to set the short and long term goals for my learners. It will help me to review learners according to their individual learning abilities. The needs of students vary with respect to their age and learning abilities and, therefore negotiation about their achievements with the learners is very effective towards the summative results.
