Fugro Subsea Services Norway DSV Risøy DSV Risøy is a fully equipped air diving and ROV support vessel for in -and near shore projects. The vessel has undergone several major refits, including new bridge, extending and optimizing the work deck, new mess rom, galley, office space and accommodation, The vessel has an integrated and built -in pressure chamber, diving and ROV control room and dive basket launch/recovery system. The dive spread is NORSOK compliant and that can support two working air divers and one standby diver in a back-to-back operation. All diving related support equipment e.g. HPU`s, compressors, air banks and workshops are built into the vessel for optimizing the work deck for project related equipment. The vessel is positioned to the worksite either by direct mooring or by 4 point anchor mooring connected to surface buoys. The vessel can position and deploy its own 4 point anchor mooring system in less than 40 minutes using onboard anchor handling winch and crane support. ROV support can be conducted in parallel with dive operations or when vessel is being manoeuvered open water in follow sub mode. (No DP class) The vessel is equipped with a Simrad HPR ROV position system. DSV Risøy and its inshore project team has an impressive track record and have since year 2000, performed inshore IMR & air diving services for Statoil under a long term frame agreement.
