○ No electronics or hand held or hands free devices○ All passengers must wear seatbelts○ Must be accompanied by an adult supervised driver at least 21 years of age who possesses a NJ Driver Basic License, and a minimum of 3 years

Special Learner Permit

Examination Permit ○ 6 month Supervised Driving period○ No Driving 11:01 pm – 5:00 am○ Must be minimum age of 17 years old to 20 years old○ No 6 hour Behind-the-Wheel Training required○ Limit of 1 passenger unless accompanied by a parent or

guardian ○ Remember the GDL Decal Laws ($4.00 a pair at MVC)○ Passengers limited to any parent, guardian, or dependent of
