Mission Statement: To create a regional government complex in MIMAROPA region to ensure an efficient, effective, and centralized government services

for the people of MIMAROPA.

GOAL

FUNCTION: (People, Activities, Relationships)

Mission - to create an institutional facility that ensure efficient and effective government services for the people of the MIMAROPA region.

Maximum Number -to provide facilities for about 1800 employees of regional government offices

Individual Identity -to provide facilities with consideration on identity of each department and offices by using logos and symbols

and creating a sense of place based on their function and offered services.

Interaction/Privacy -to provide facilities with the consideration on security and interaction for both private and public areas by

grouping of activities based on their uses/ functions.

Hierarchy of Values -to be able to provide facilities with consideration on the level of power or function of each rooms/offices

by providing much bigger and private spaces for executives in every organizations and departments.

Prime Activities -to provide facilities for the important activities and events that will cater employees and public users.

Security -to design facilities with the consideration on security by identifying rooms, spaces/areas needed to have high

level of security and by using of modern technology that ensure security of properties, and users.

Progression -to provide facilities with the consideration on the adjacency of each offices with relation to each other for

convenience of the people/user

Segregation -to design a facility with proper groupings and organization based on their functions, including common

services, private and public areas, etc.

Encounters -to be able to design a facility with proper signage and good circulation of spaces where the first-time visitors

and employees will prevent to encounter problems of feeling of being lost.

Transportation/Parking- to provide facilities/spaces for the accommodation of automobiles/vehicles used by employees and the

public users.

Efficiency - to design a facility with organized spaces based on their functions and services, where the employees and their

Extent of Funds- Since theproject is a Government structure, the funds for this project may be drawn internally from the concerned LGUs, national government,

and from other funding sources which may include private and business sector through schemes allowed under existing law.
