Every detail is carefully planned and our venues always provide access to the MotoGP LOUNGE, as well as the option of organising a CORPORATE AREA for a large group.

MotoGP LOUNGE3. 3.

Perfectly located within the VIP facilities, the MotoGP Lounge is the ideal place for small corporate groups.

This shared Area is set up at all Grand Prix and offers the opportu-nity to interact with fellow guests in a open environment, making it an excellent location for networking and hosting business meetings.

Your Corporate Table, designated by the logo of the company or organization, offering privacy within a common area.

Two different MotoGP Lounges of different styles are available depending on the Grand Prix.

Groups with a minimum of 10 people can be provided with a corporate table.

The Corporate Area* in the MotoGP VIP Village™ is a private dedicated space which will host your company event.

This exclusive hospitality option is the perfect solution for PR events, press conferences, product launches and all other kind of business-related events.

Your Corporate Area will be fully equipped to cater your event to a high standard of quality and the utmost comfort.

You can select the most appropriate service from a range of options to personalize the interior of your Corporate Area.

A list of supplementary services* can be provided to customize the event and maximize your Corporate Identity to create the perfect atmosphere for a Corporate Event according to your requirements.

* For groups of minimum 60 pax.* A full list of extra services can be offered for each specifi c Grand Prix. Please contact our sales team for more information.

4.7 INTERIOR WALL DIVISION


Corporate Areas are dividedand separated in the interior by a modular panel system.

The MotoGP VIP Village™ tent structure is 10mt or 15mt Wide depending on the Grand Prix.

The Corporate Area will be featured with the MotoGP™ interior panel system AT NO extra cost.

*Please ask our sales department for the extra services available.

Panels can be fully personalized* with your corporate or brand image. Branding must be designed by the client and the final artwork must be sent to our commercial sales team.

Alternately, the client can contract the personalization of this element that will include the production, set up & storage for the successive event.

4.9 TV SCREEN4.8 PRIVATE OUTDOOR FURNITURE

This number can be increased depending on the contracted space or total number of guests.

5.1 PASS DISPLAY NAME / LOGO

5. PASSES

Your Company name and logo can be printed on the MotoGP VIP Village™ Pass.

SATURDAYThe present pass grants access to the MotoGP VIP VillageTM area only on SATURDAY. If the holder of this pass is found in a not designated area, the pass will be confiscated immediately. It is non-transferable. Children older than 24 months must wear a MotoGP VIP VillageTM pass. Smart casual attire required. Filming/recording is not permitted. The use of this pass is governed by the conditions displayed at the various entrances of the circuit. The acceptance of this pass constitutes the acceptance of such conditions which pass holder understands, accepts and commits to comply. For good and valuable consideration, which receipt is acknowledged, grants DORNA GROUP his image rights for any and all commercial uses.

5.2 STAFF & SERVICE

STAFF PASSCoordinators of Corporate Areas and company representatives will hold a Staff Pass (2 passes are given for each Corporate Area).

Staff Pass gives access from Thursday to Sunday to all the included services in the VIP Hospitality Package.

SERVICE WRISTBANDAll personnel assisting with the assembly and dismantle of Corporate Areas including hostesses must wear a Service Wristband.

This type of Pass will not give access to any of the included services in the VIP Hospitality Package.

5. PASSES

One Parking Pass per four guests for Saturday and Sunday.

Parking Bus Pass under request valid for both days.
