I’m using InDesign CS6 to make my

double page spread. Next, I used the rectangle tool and shaped it

around the middle of the two pages leaving

a white boarder around the edges of the

double page spread. The colour is a mint

green

I then added text to the top right hand page, the font is Bradley Hand ITC. Which is similar to a

teenage girl’s handwriting which is why I chose

to use that font as my magazine is aimed at

teen girls. The text says “gives us the low-down

on the pop lifestyle, her past and what is yet to

come.” Next, I added the title ‘Olivia’ to addresswhat the article is about. The font is EccentricStd and the size is 100.

I then added my article to the right page. I did it in columns

because I want to give my double page spread to look

professional and look like an actual magazine.

I cropped the image. So that the photo

can fit the whole half page.

I edited the photo on

camera raw. I altered

the clarity to +100, and

the vibrance to -100 to

make the photo

become black and

white.

I placed the image onto my double page spread. I

also added a quote that Olivia said in the article.

Along with a caption of who took the photo.
