Colour schemes/other images-A light blue colour scheme with the sky as a main view point featuring baby blue and white as a colour scheme with images of the sky/clouds tied in or as a background.

-A dark colour scheme with ‘bad’ as a theme with a change of attitude in styling and a relatively dark colour scheme with black and grey along with white text.

-A very sleek theme, like James Bond, with the main image in a suit. Very classic black and white with grey and old style typography.

-A very loud scheme in terms of colour with bright reds and oranges, something that screams for attention. Very bright and bold.

-A summer theme with light blue and green as the base along with light pinks, oranges and purples that really emphasise the style.

Layout mock - ups: Double Page Spread

Our layout mock-ups for the double page spread are relatively basic following the typical conventions of how you would expect to see a double page spread laid out. As well as featuring text and the typical images, we also brainstormed other features that we could include within the double page. For example, in one mock-up we had a side section that featured upcoming artists and in another we had an image timeline of the artist. One layout idea we had was to begin with the first page featuring a full page image of the artist with the title and a small fact file of the artist overlaying. Then the next page had ¾ taken up by the article and then featured a section of upcoming artists.
