A user has to enter his/her Login ID & Password to enter the system. This will determine user’s right to access assigned folders.

This is the Home Page of DMS. The content of this page as well as all other pages can be easily changed by the administrator. The content can include text as well as images / logo.

Browse Documents will give the user a list of folders assigned to him. User can view documents within these folders and also download them if required.

A Search option enables the user

to find a document

without having to browse

through all the folders.

The user can browse all the latest uploads by clicking on the New Documents option. The user can either view or save the document.

Documents marked as Special can be browsed through this option. These can be documents regarding Company Policy, Government Regulations and important notifications which may need to be referred from time to time.

This is the user’s Personal Folder. The user can upload articles of interest, certificates and other important personal documents from the front end. These documents can be accessed by the user from any place any time. User can also use the Search option to search files from Personal Folder.

In the logout screen, a user is required to confirm whether he wants to logout.

Back End Learning Back End Learning TourTour

Access to the back end is only available through a valid Login ID and Password. This ensures the system is managed by authorised person only.

Various options available to the Administrator are displayed on the left hand panel.

This option allows you to create new folders, sub folders, sub sub folders… and documents within them and also view existing ones..

Click any particular folder to see the list of sub folders & documents within it.

You can modify or delete folders & sub folders by using the Modify or Delete option.

Adding a new document is very easy and non technical. A user friendly interface guides you through the various steps required. A document can be marked as a Special or New Document and also be made Active or Inactive.

A Page Content Editor allows you to change the contents of the Home and other pages easily.

An option is provided to give statistics on downloaded documents. There is also an option to view the document.

Users are associated to a Group and also Documents. Only users associated to a group can view the folders assigned to that group. Thus you can restrict user’s access to documents.

You can create a new user, assign a User ID & Password and attach the user to a group using this option. You can also modify or delete a user’s rights from here.

You can change Administrator’s user name & password from here from time to time.

A systematic Logout ensures proper shutdown of the system.

Front End option will take the administrator to the front end of DMS so that any changes made can be easily viewed.
