The women of the area took lead and formed nigrani samities.

August to 2nd September 2016g p•Sensitization of Gram Panchayats and all PRI members of ZP/PS, District Officers, and Social/Religious organi ations has been done d ring CLTS trainingorganizations has been done during CLTS training.•Anganwari workers, Asha Workers also sensitized by organizing 2 camps. g g p

• Clusters distributed to 30 teams of motivators and 3 block coordinatorsblock coordinators.

• All 394 panchayats allocated to individual officers in first phase.

• An intensive campaign launched and targeted to make ODF by 1.11.2016

• Morning follow up, constitution of Nigrani Samities, Motivation of school children in morning prayer etc is our strength to achieve the goal
