Nowadays, operation miscroscopes are very frequently used equipments for doctors
during surgical interventions.Because the microscopes are used on completely open
wounds the microscope drape should be used in order not to have any infection risks
that the patient may face during the operation
Since there are complex parts on the
operation microscopes, such as binoculars, the
abserving lens, moving arms, lamp and
ventilation grids, GRUP-A aimed providing
comfortable and secure operations by
considering transparency, ergonomics, lens
protector’s diameter, binocular fixing belts and
removable transparent lens protector covers.
GRUP-A microscope drapes are
designed for various type and brands of
operation microscopes. All are disposable and
ETO (Ethylene Oxide) sterilized.

During operation the equipments and tools should be placed on a sterile drape covered on a table.The drape has double layers. Top layer is made of
absorbent non-woven material while the bottom layer is waterproof. There are double belts under the bottom part and are used for fixing the drape.

C-arm X-Ray device has a rotating and moving “C” shaped part which is capable of shooting
x-ray films, eliminating the necessity of moving or positioning immobilized, paralyzed and
wounded patints. In such cases that open wound possibilities are generally seen, one of the most
serious precaution against an infection risk is protecting the equip ment with drapes qhich do not
limit the function of the device and x-ray beam. GRUP-A is the manufacturer of such “C-Arm
Drapes” that are specificly designed for various brands and types of models.
