Terms of cancellation for pinger hotels and apartments For one or two rooms per booking: Free cancellation until 18:00 hours on the day before arrival. In case of a “no show” we charge 90% of the agreed rate. When booking more than 3 rooms up to 42 days prior to arrival date a cancellation of the entire group is free of charge. 41 - 28 days prior to arrival date: charge of 50 % of the agreed price, 27 - 1 day(s) prior to arrival date: charge of 80 % and on the arrival day 90 % of the agreed price is payable. With more than 11 rooms per booking 10% of the reserved rooms may be cancelled free of charge. In addition we reserve the right to charge for extraordinary costs that occur in conjunction with the booking. All cancellations must be in writing.
