Therapists. District wise detail of vacant posts, essential qualifications, remuneration' eligibility

eligible candidates should submit their application form on prescribed performa with contact

no. E-mail id, Name of district and post for which applied for, latest pass port size photograph

along with self attested/attested copies of educational/technical qualification (detailed marks

sheet and degree), experience etc. in a sealed envelope' Candidates are also requested to super

scribe the name or lrre post and district for which he/she applied for and submit their

application in the office of concerned district civil Surgeon/District Ayurvedic officer by 3Oth

The recruitment should be strictly facility specific i.e. non-transferable.And an agreement will be signed between sKS and candidates.Preference should be given to local candidate.It is mandatory for staff to maintain HQ and reside at the place of posting.Desirable - 1 year working experience.The contract period may be initially up to 31sr March zor[.Quarterly appraisal of this performance will be carried out-and if foundunsatisfactory the services shall be terminated.
