Stephen B. Katsirubas SVP and CIO, Crocs, Inc. Since January 2013, Stephen Katsirubas has been the Global CIO for Crocs, Inc. a world leader in innovative casual footwear for men, women and children. Since its inception in 2002, Crocs has sold more than 200 million pairs of shoes in more than 90 countries around the world. The brand celebrated reaching $1 billion in annual sales in 2011. Mr. Katsirubas is responsible for the overall IT strategy and technology empowerment of the Crocs global organization. Over his 20+ year career he has championed numerous successful technology initiatives ranging from large scale ERP to leading edge ecommerce solutions as well as building world class agile IT organizations. Prior to joining the Crocs, Mr. Katsirubas was the CIO for Clarks, another global footwear organization, was a consultant in the international trade arena and preceding that, distinctly served with the United States Marine Corps as a non-commission officer and is a combat veteran of the first Gulf War. Mr. Katsirubas holds an MBA from Clarkson University and a B.S. from Norwich University.

Jim Giantomenico Vice President & CIO, Avenue Stores LLC Jim’s current role is the CIO for Avenue Stores LLC, a Plus Size specialty retailer with 280 store locations and a growing e-commerce business. Jim has previously held both senior leadership and consultative positions with leading retailers in the U.S. and U.K.

Abu Bakar SVP, IT, Barneys New York Abu Bakar is currently the SVP and Head of IT at Barneys New York. Abu has 15+ years of experience in retail and has held various leadership positions in his career. Prior to Barneys New York Abu worked at vineyard vines as EVP and CIO for 3 years. At vineyard vines, Abu managed IT, Operations and e-commerce teams for the brand. Prior to vineyard vines Abu spent 12 years at Liz Claiborne managing teams globally in Europe and Asia. Abu is also an active member of the Customer Advisory Board at Demandware.
