This position will be responsible for the entire business with following key responsibility areas –
Spear head the entire centre, responsible for the centre growth, planning, strategy & sales.
Drive the entire pre & post sales team to achieve targets, setting individual targets.
Overall management of the office with centrally reporting to the CEO and coordination.
Overlooking entire finance, contracts, collections keeping the target as priority.
In the initial set up acting as HR & Admin head and managing the centre with staff support.
This will be they key role to achieve targets.
Generate leads & close the prospect, draft the contract & quotation.
Coordinate with the post sales delivery team to ensure turn around time of services.
Client relations, up selling, generating national level leads from local clients & tracking.
Acting as key account manager for big ticket client.
Collections, target achievement report & sales reports.
*We can hire one manager & 2 executive levels to start with.
Manage accounts brought in by the sales team.
Coordinate with the specific delivery & technical team to ensure service quality & schedule adherence.
To act as a creative team for concept building, drive the delivery team accordingly & tailor develop solutions aiming client needs.
Supporting the sales team develop assignment winning solutions & proposals as a part of pre sales analytics support.
Timely report generations on delivery, quality & customer experience.
Training & development of entire delivery staff.

To start with we can have this division directly coordinated by profit centre head which in phase II can be transmitted to a designated desk.
This will cover, recruitment, manpower planning, employee relation, payroll, vendor management & compliance.
