JELLYFISH COMEDY: 1st Autumn Show 2009

Two more top comedians, Damian Clark and John Newton, take timeout from their busy UK Comedy Circuit schedule to come and cheerup another live stand-up loving crowd at the Gallery Club in SonCaliu this month.

Damian Clark is one of the most exciting comics to emerge fromAustralia in recent years. After performing all across Australia, where he

was labelled ‘the future of Australian comedy’ (The Comedy Channel), Damianmoved to Dublin in search of more laughs and a ‘proper pint of Guinness’. He

was voted ‘The Number 1 event to see’ & ‘cream of the crop’ (InDublin Magazine)within only months of moving to Ireland and is now a regular on the UK and European circuit.

John Newton began his comedy career in 2003 and is an old fashioned gag teller/writer andproud of it. In 2007 John started work on the Cruise Ship Circuit where performing to a more“mainstream audience” proved a challenge that John relished & he soon became a firmfavourite of passengers and crew alike. Travelling from continent to continent has given John awealth of experience to draw from & makes for an interesting yet hilarious set.

An optional pre-show two-course supper will be available in the SesForquetes restaurant from 19.15 and compere, Richie Clark, will round off theevening as DJ with a great selection of dance classics from the 80´s & 90´s.
