DHL series corner tube chain grate biomass boiler adopts GEF program's technology. Based on the domestic technical research, according

to the technical development characteristics and market demand of chain grate, we carried out independent innovative design so as to

produce the high-capacity energy-saving chain grate boilers with advantages of reliable water cycling, efficient burning and low pollution.

Such series boilers can burn not only shaped biomass pellets or bulk materials, but also coal.

Adopting two patents: the flying dust internal cycling fluidized re-combustion

device based on the high temperature separation technology; the combined

design of equal flow speed for the flag type convection heating surface of corner

tube boilers.

Adopting crossgirder grate, with less running resistance, better grate cooling

effect, lower breakdown rate and less fuel leakage.

Light supporting wall structure which has the advantages of better insulation

ability, no dust leakage and environment friendly. Besides, the boiler adopts

technologies like secondary air turbulent flowing pattern, fly ash separation based

on high temperature and fly ash internal cycling fluidized re-combustion.
