Profiled BeamsThe P90 Silverline I Profile beamsprovide a variety of benefits to end users.

The many angled face providesexcellent visibility of labels at height or

low level, with labels angled towards theoperator.

Originally developed for the automotiveindustry, the Silverline beam utilises astate of the art Tox connection system.This utilises a punch and die combinationto join the beam section and end

connector together, creating a strongand robust joint from the metal of thecomponents, creating a joint as strongas any welded seam, without theassociated environmental issues.

Optimum AdaptationRegardless of the kind of pallets you areusing, euro-pallets, disposable pallets,wooden or plastic, mesh box-pallets orcontainers - P90 Silverline will alwaysbe able to match the required formats inwidth, depth and height. The physicalspace of your warehouse will also beused in the most optimal way with anavailability of heights from 1.5m andup to 30m. Heights up to 15m can beaccommodated in single piece uprights.

Increased SafetyThe profile of the Silverline beam andthe design of its connectors a llowsfor narrower frame depths thanconventional pallet racking. This

leads to an increased aisle widthbetween uprights and thus a reducedsusceptibility to damage by forklifttrucks.

Forklift truck drivers are encouraged toposition pallets away from the uprightsas required in codes of practice by theshoulders at the beam connectors, thus

improving the safety of pallet storage.

Locking pins are an important safetyfeature of any pallet racking structure,ensuring that the connectors arecorrectly located. The presence of aP90 locking pin is easily identif ied byits red colour, providing an instantlyrecognisable assurance when present.

Future ProofedThe pre-galvanised steel provides amuch improved and very durable finishfor the long term over painted products.When scratched the finish protects itself

by healing and preventing corrosion.Dexion led the market several yearsago with pre-galvanised uprights andwe are now doing the same with thebeams.

Silverline beamsI Profiled beams are available in threesection sizes 100, 125 & 140mm andseven standard lengths from 1150mmup to 3600mm.

P90 Beams and accessoriesPre-galvanised or painted P90 standardbox and open section beams are alsoavailable in similar lengths andstrengths.

The usual accessories are all availablefor use with the I profiled Silverlinebeams.

P90 frame uprightsPre galvanised uprights are available assingle piece uprights in 21 differentprofiles, three widths and in lengthsfrom 1.5m to 15m, suitable for use up

to 30m high.
