The MBH Pumps can be easilyhandled and the installation is simple. Discharge hose connected pump is merely lowered into the water and started up. It can operate in any position - fully or partly. It can deliver the water to the last drop.

Construction :MBH Dewatering pumps are portable pumping units which havepump below and motor above construction. These are powered bysquirrel cage induction motors suitable for 400/440 volts, 3 phase,50 Hz AC supply, totally enclosed. The motor windings are waterand oil resistant and ingress of water or moisture inside themotor due to seal failure or other reason will not render the pumpinoperative. The pump motor unit is of close coupled constructionand the double casing design provides on effective water coolingof the motor by water flowing around the motor casing the motor issealed by special mechanical seal so that the pumping media likewaste water, storm water muddy and sandy water does not enterthe motor chamber and damage the motor. All parts are madefrom specially selected material and processed to ensure long lifeunder arduous operation conditions.

MBH Dewatering pump sets are available in both type i.e. waterfilled, cooled & lubricated as well as oil filled, cooled & lubricateddesigns.


Advantages :MBH Dewatering pumps are of simple and robust design andcan withstand rough handling at construction sites and any other heavy duty applications. After installation, the MBH pump helps itself. Under normal conditions, these pumps require much less attendance before service in other words cost of labour is reduced to a minimum pumps have high overall efficiency and that means low power costs. MBH Dewatering pumps can be operated in series to achieve higher heads.

Application :MBH Dewatering pumps are particularly suitable for nonclog operation to handle muddy as well as sandy water. They are used to pump out water from the lowest levels such as Dewatering of building construction sites, dam sites, narrow trenches, pits and shafts, mines, difficult to approach sumps, for flood control, firefighting and other purposes, where waste water disposal is necessary. These also find use for pumping work in ship building yards, Dewatering ash laden water in thermal power plants and tube mills.


Accessories :The following accessories are normally supplied as extrawith pumps.1. Cable synthetic rubber oil and water proof.2. 3 core - 4 core of suitable size, as per requirement.3. Delivery hose pipe, flexible of suitable size as requirement.4. Coupling pump flange to hose pipe.5. Control Panel.6. Water Level Guard.
