Mark Flaherty Mark Flaherty provides over 25 years of diverse real estate industry experience. Specializing in real estate development, corporate leasing and sales, Flaherty has been involved with many large sales, developments and acquisitions in a variety of product types. Many of these include some of the largest transactions in the Midwest. In the past six years, Flaherty and his partners have completed over $600,000,000.00 in acquisitions and development.

Ed Carow Ed Carow provides over 30 years of diverse real estate industry experience. As past president of a large national property management company and over 10 years as owner of a real estate development firm, Carow has been integrally involved in acquisitions, management, development, ownership, consulting, finance, customer service and operations. Furthermore, his role has included management in excess of 20 intrastate and national real estate syndications and related administration. Unique to many developers, Carow and his partners also bring experience in the ownership and development in the hospitality sector. Wearing the “owner and

dealmaker hat,” he has been responsible for value creation and the repositioning of assets through creative deal structure and development.

Randall Erkert Randy Erkert provides over 25 years of experience in real estate, corporate and securities lending. A partner at Mallery & Zimmerman, S.C. with offices located in Milwaukee, Wausau, Stevens Point, and Mosinee, Wisconsin, Erkert specializes in Lending, Real Estate, and Corporate/Business/Healthcare Law.
