Empowerment of AIESEC members and creation of HR Development Strategy by using trainings in order to increase members’ efficiency.
Responsibilities: Talent Management Customer Servicing 100% individual goal completion- plan realization Reporting on individual responsibilities and performance on Team Leader and filling all
necessary tracking tools Creating strategies about HR development and reintegration processes
Start Month: March 2012 End Month: June 2012
Future possibilities:
- Team Member (in the same or another Functional) - Team Leader (in the same or another Functional) - Project Manager (in the same or another Functional) - Organizing Committee Member
- GCDP or GIP experience (given the criteria of participation are covered) - AIESEC international experiences - Executive Board Member 2013
