From a children’s perspective, PL has 2 key components:
• Development of the Multi-Skills Jigsaw to ensure children have a broad base
of motor and game skills which allow them to enjoy and succeed multiple
sports and activities.
• Development of a disposition to remain active throughout the lifecourse.
