BRIEF DESCRIPTION:Deutsche Apotheker Zeitung (DAZ) is the most important inde-pendent Pharmaceutical Journal in Germany. It is published in its 158th volume in 2018, and it‘s the only one with more than 14.700 (IVW-monitored) personally paying subscribers, and a sold circulation of 18.850 out of a total of 29.286 per issue (highest reader-loyality). The Journal is also monitored every three years in the independent readership-analysis LA-PHARM. Continously, broad reaches are beeing measured: 59.0 % readers per issue among all pharmacy-owners in Germany and 51.2 % among all pharmacists (LA-PHARM 2017).DAZ covers all the relevant topics for the target group. Focussed on the daily work in the pharmacy (counseling, OTC and self-medication), it also covers pharmaceutical and medical sciences, continuous pharmaceutical education, as well as professional policies and healthcare-politics. In addition, DAZ reports about conventions and congresses, delivers comments and opinions.
