Offices To Go warrants its products to be freefrom defects in material and workmanshipsubject to the limitations below. This warrantyis made by Offices To Go only to original end usercustomers acquiring the product directly fromauthorized Offices To Go dealers. The customer’ssole remedy under this warranty is limited torepair or replacement at Offices To Go’s option.Consent from Offices To Go must be obtainedbefore any warranty work is performed.This warranty shall not apply to any productswhich must be replaced due to normal wear andtear, negligence, abuse or “accident”, shipping

damage or product use other than in accordancewith written instructions or warnings. It will alsonot apply when product has been modified oraltered, repaired or refurbished by someone otherthan Offices To Go. This warranty does not coverthe cost of transportation or labor. Offices To Gocan make no warranty that any of its products aresuitable for any particular purpose and can makeno other warranties, expressed or implied.In no event shall Offices To Go be liable ineither tort or contract for any loss or direct,special, incidental, consequential or exemplarydamages.

This warranty is not valid if the products are usedfor rental purposes.

Under this warranty, claims must be made withinthe following periods from the original date ofpurchase: (a) non-moving parts are warranted forfive years; (b) drawers, slides, leveling glides,locks and other moving parts are warranted fortwo years.

Warranty is based on an eight hour, single shiftwork day.

Top quality full extension ball bearing slides on filedrawers. Top quality telescoping ball bearing slideson box drawers.

Grommets are standard on desks, returns, bridges,credenzas, extended corners and hutches.

6 1/2” wide handle pulls on pedestals and storage.

Superior Laminate Desking emphasizes clean, contemporary styling and “superior” construction.Features:• Three contemporary colors include American Cherry (ACL), American Mahogany (AML) and American Dark Cherry (ADC) accented with 3mm

matching “Super Edges”.

• File drawers feature full extension ball bearing drawer slides. Box drawers feature top quality telescoping ball bearing slides.

• Lateral files come equipped with a mechanical safety interlock.

• Pedestals, lateral files and multi-storage files are designed to connect to the appropriate desk, credenza, and return shells.

• Metal pins and cam fasteners are designed for easy assembly. Metal brackets are also included for additional strength and rigidity.
