STAKEHOLDER: Young adult,

graduated with no job experience

SAY: want jobs that need experience, but they don’t have experience because they just got graduated.

Jobs that don’t need experience are below their

knowledge.

INSIGHTS: In Brazil, many newly graduated people don’t have enough experience for start a executive career and have to work in blue collar jobs. The best chance to get a good job is the trainees programs. Poor people that pay for their college can’t compete with best students that just study. There aren't support to improve the low middle class to ascend to the top. Experience is always needed besides the good grades.

FEEL: The success depends on money, family or support. There is a educational and economic barrier to the white collar jobs. The big firms do not have programs to diversify the people to be hired.

THINK: the more you study and get better grades, the best job you get. Working during college is necessary to pay the studies. Rich people don't need to work during college can get better grades and future jobs.

DO; Work in blue collar jobs to pay college. Don’t have time to study (work hard), lower chances to get a good job. Complain about the government and the corporations about lack of oportunities.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: Brazilians students need a way to join college with professional experience to get good jobs
