    I have received your civil rights complaint and your correspondence. I have also receivednumerous documents and correspondence from Ms. Susan Skipp, who is copied on many o your e-mails to me. The U.S. Attorney's Office has reviewed the documents and correspondence from both youand Ms. Skipp. .At this point, the U.S Attorney's Office and the Department o Justice - Civil Rights Divisionhave elected to conduct ADA compliance review o the State o Connecticut Judicial Branch. Thisreview will examine ADA complaints that the Judicial Branch has received, the responses, and theaccommodation process. t will also examine the training that the judges and support staff receiveregarding the ADA. Included in the review will be inquires into the family court and divorce courtprocesses. I must inform you, however, that, consistent with our jurisdiction, the review will focus onthe ADA, and not other matters. This review, which is already underway, is expected to take some time.
