Flexible Schedule The interns can design their own working schedule no requirement to work during the office hours
Real Business Challenge The interns are assigned to conduct a real business research and to propose realistic recommendations to companys senior management
Inter-Disciplinary The interns from different disciplines work together in one research
E nglish Usage The interns can apply their English skills during the program
No Routine Work The interns are not required to do office-rela-teg tasks
Development-Focused The interns are supervised by experienced mentors so as to ensure the smooth undertaking and unfolding of the research
Long-Term Contribution The interns can use their skills and knowledge to contribute an output that has a long-term effect to the company
Yielding Income The interns acquire both experience and income from the program
